[Compaq 15 Notebook PC] Wireless LED won't change color when it's disabled

The wireless LED is always glowing with white even the wireless network is disabled by the hotkey.

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.1 + update (3.13.0-45)
2. Verify the wireless LED functionality by using the hotkey.

Verified with the latest mainline kernel 3.19.0-rc7 as well, it does not help.
