Adding DTMLMethod and DTMLDocument fails using Mozilla

Adding DTMLMethod and DTMLDocument fails if no file is specified. This issue only occures using mozilla 0.9.7, opera 6 TP2 worked (both for linux2). No idea what other browsers do.

The Method addDTMLMethod(..) in OFS/DTMLMethod.py isn't called at all and there is no error message at all.

I could reproduce it either using ZServer and FCGI with apache 1.3.22.

*verified* but this problem is uncritical because Zope just
creates an empty file in this case.

This was a Mozilla bug. It would silently fail to submit a form containing a File Upload field that didn't contain a valid filename.
