Bug Description

The following methods in proliantutils.ilo.ribcl fail:
get_current_boot_mode
get_pending_boot_mode
get_supported_boot_mode
set_pending_boot_mode

The error raised is:
proliantutils.ilo.ribcl.IloError: Feature not supported - GET_CURRENT_BOOT_MODE

    Fix boot mode exceptions for Gen 7 servers

    Added exception handling for error
    "Feature not supported" for Gen 7 servers.
    This will cause IloCommandNotSupportedError to
    be thrown back to the caller.
