Bug Description
In the text explaining how to delete the group rule, it seems to incorrectly reference Create rule in this security group. It should say "Security group with rule to delete" or something along those lines. It appears to be a cut and paste mistake.
Also, the feature to delete security group rules appears to be broke. I was unable to delete a security group rule.
It states:
Positional arguments
<group>
Create rule in this security group
It then does the same for security group rule list
List all security group rules
Positional arguments
<group>
Create rule in this security group

This bug needs to be fixed in python- openstackclient , and we'll import the change in the CLI reference. Thanks.
