Bug Description
From Aleks.Shaposhnikov we got suggestion to include radosgw in ubuntu bvt (HA + neutron + ceph) by default.
Any objections here?

I confirm that this is a viable and valid case as ceph+rados is more popular and reasonable than ceph+swift.
