vcenter_vmdk system test for 5.1 fails because of wrong cirros image format

Affects Fuel 5.1 only. The problem is already fixed in 6.0 and 6.1.

The system test expects one OSTF test failed but because of wrong Cirros image two tests failed there:
AssertionError: Failed tests, fails: 2 should fail: 1 failed tests name: [{u'Create volume and attach it to instance (failure)': u'Timed out waiting to become in-use Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.'}, {u'Launch instance, create snapshot, launch instance from snapshot (failure)': u'Timed out waiting to become ACTIVE Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.'}]

This problem exists for Fuel 5.1 only because it was fixed for 6.0 in this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1365468 CirrOS was rebuilt and the OSTF test 'Create volume and attach it to instance' no longer fails with new CirrOS.

    The vcenter_vmdk system test expects to fail two OSTF tests

    The system test 'vcenter_vmdk' expected to fail an only OSTF test
    'Launch instance, create snapshot, launch instance from snapshot'.
    But because of wrong CirrOS image an another OSTF fails too:
    'Create volume and attach it to instance'. Both of them should be expected
    as failed in that test case.

I move the bug to Won't Fix for 5.1.2 because we don't expect to have this release issued, and it's a really minor bug.
