Bug Description

Whatever the value of --endpoint-type or the environment var SAHARA_ENDPOINT_TYPE, the endpoint chosen is always publicURL.

Pass endpoint_type to Sahara client constructor

    Currently endpoint_type is not passed to api.client.Client(), so
    the default (publicURL) is always applied. This results in useless
    --endpoint-type option and SAHARA_ENDPOINT_TYPE variable.
