Bug Description

pbuilder fails on debian with:

Buildfile: /tmp/buildd/inkscape-0.91/build.xml

BUILD FAILED
/tmp/buildd/inkscape-0.91/build.xml:357: The string "--" is not permitted within comments.

The attached patch fix this.

@Alf - just curious, build-x64.xml has the same broken XML syntax, didn't you get a build failure for that file too?
