Bug Description

Apport uploads the file CurrentDmesg.txt which may contain;
[ 49.635156] systemd-logind[1465]: New session c2 of user alice.

The username ought to be replaced by Apport.

It also leaks hostname:
[ 6.226159] systemd[1]: Set hostname to <example>.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
