Bug Description

I updated to Inkscape 0.91 (0.91 r13725 on Windows 7 64bit).
After installation I can not set Inkscape as an application to open .pdf files. (though .pdf import works)
(using the context menu in Explorer "open with" and browsing to the Inkscape binary)
I could reproduce it on two different computers with two different variations of Windows 7 (Professional and Enterprise).
This did work with the 0.48 release.

This is most probably a duplicate of bug #1417146.

Thanks eduard-braun2.
It seems to be related, only that in my case Inkscape registered successfully as SVG application but besides that the behaviour seems identical.
The there mentioned workaround in #1417146 worked for this problem also.

I have the same problem with pdf files, and not with svg files. I'm on Windows 7, 64 bit.
I don't have a 32 bit version of Inkscape installed, as 0.91 (64 bit) was the first time I installed Inkscape on this machine.
