Bug Description
attempting to log performance by keying F12 or ticking 'log on start' in options produces an 'access denial' error message along with program crash. Neither is the dump.csv file in evidence in the OR program folder.

I suppose that the OR program folder is write protected, or that OR has not the correct access rights to write therein.
