Bug Description

From: "Andrew O. Shadoura" <email address hidden>
To: Debian Bug Tracking System <email address hidden>
Subject: inkscape: object grouping results in 'Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now.'
Date: Fri, 06 May 2011 11:59:13 +0300
[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Package: inkscape
Version: 0.48.0-1
Severity: normal

How to reproduce:
 i) open the svg file attached;
 ii) select the objects in the right part of it (using shift-drag, for
 instance) as displayed on the screetshot attached;
 iii) press Ctrl-G.

 The message box appears saying 'Inkscape encountered an internal error
 and will close now.' Clicking 'Close' results in Inkscape closing with
 a message in syslog like this:

May 6 11:57:53 ileemo kernel: [54302.586459] inkscape[22836] segfault at 8 ip 08695f22 sp bfdfb960 error 4 in inkscape[8048000+9a4000]
