Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I'm certain this is a dupe of another report, but as I don't know for sure, here it is. Rhythmbox was playing in "Shuffle" mode, and crashed between songs. Crash report attached

It has happened again. Is anyone interested in subsequent crash reports, or is the original sufficient? Thank you.

OK, I have two reports here, both with their own nuances, but in neither case is Rhythmbox doing exactly the same thing. Both times the program froze up, and very quickly - after one song - which is not what was happening in the past. Also, during this first run, I tried selected "Watch my library for new files", which I had previously unselected, suspecting this to be the cause of my problems.

That said, here is the first backtrace.

The second time the program froze up, but I never got a "(gdb)" prompt to continue, so I force killed the program, and here is what I got up to that point.

Oops! I just discovered the "gdb-rhythmbox.txt" file in my Home folder. Is it necessary that I upload that specific file, or is it ok that I just posted the terminal output?

You shouldn't kill the program, you need to wait till the program crashes, thanks.
