Mir server is unaware of GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE

Bug Description

If GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE is 4096 (as on adreno n7, for instance), and you run "mir_demo_client_egltriangle -s 4097x4096", the client does not appear on the screen. It would be best if we rejected the request if we can't map the texture in the composition pass.
