Dutch (& other) translations of GtkSpell submenu not included

The Dutch translation of the GtkSpell submenu is not included in the
libgtkspell0 package. That results in an 'ugly' English language submenu in all
translated programs on a Dutch desktop that use this library (e.g. Gaim).

Tested with an updated hoary.

Ubuntu uses GtkSpell 2.0.8, the Dutch translation was only included in 2.0.10,
but the po file should work with version 2.0.8 too (no text strings changed
since gtkspell-2.0.6-pre1). I see other languages were also added to GtkSpell
since 2.0.8, so maybe you can include them too...

(BTW: I don't know how important the bug fix in gtkspell 2.0.9 is, it's
something related to pango >= 1.8.0)

We could copy in the files manually, but this would get clumsy since they would
be overwritten by the next automatic update. I will rather put the updated
translations into the source package, so they will be included into the language
pack automatically on the next update.

   * Stole updated translations from version 2.6.10. (Ubuntu #7823)
   * configure: Added new languages (not changed in configure.ac to avoid
     autoreconf).

Translations will go into the language packs soon, I will build update packages
this evening or tomorrow.

The following shortcuts are not translated to Danish.

Programs -> Graphics -> Gimp Image Editor
Programs -> Graphics -> Inkscape SVG Vector Illustrator
Programs -> Graphics -> XSane Image scanning program
