Bug Description
An empty router IP is valid (see bug 1334325) but one would expect to get a DHCP config without the "option routers" option when the router IP field is empty.

Note that, as surprising as it may be, this doesn't prevent the DHCP server from functioning. You only get a warning in /var/log/syslog about the fact that 'None' is not a valid IP address.
