[gutsy tribe 5] right-click functionality should (somehow) be activated by default on macbook

as far as I'm aware there is no default right-click functionality on the macbook hardware on a base installation. this can render gnome nearly unusable as much of the features require right-click functionality. there are a few suggested methods on activating touchpad-based right-click, perhaps one of these should be adopted?

this is fixed in ubuntu 7.10 "gutsy". three-finger-tap does a right click out of the box
