Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
ppaput should have an option to generate a debdiff. This would be really helpful when working on merges or simple package updates.

It'd be nice to have a few comments on how you'd expect this feature to work or what your use case would be. Run debdiff on .dsc files? specify version to diff against? Other idea?
