oxt should be registered as OO.o mime type

Bug Description

Ubuntu nicely opens OpenOffice documents when double-clicking them. This makes sense and makes working with Ubuntu much easier than using the "Open file" dialog each time

Because extensions starting to play an important role for OO.o the same should happen for extension files. These files have the suffix ".oxt" and should be automatically opened by "unopkg gui -f <filename>". unopkg is located in the same folder than the other OO.o executables.

This would give users the same comfort which they're enjoying when installing OpenOffice extensions under windows.

further informations about the installation of OpenOffice extensions can be found at http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Administration_Guide/Using_Package_Manager
