Bug Description

CONFIG_STACK_TRACER and CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACER are off for armhf, though on for all other architectures including arm64. Investigate why this is so.

It seems this was originally turned off because it did not build:

    [Config] armhf-* FTBFS -- CONFIG_STACK_TRACER=n

As this now does build, lets renable it across the board.
