Bug Description

The hpvsa packages:
hpvsa-3.13.0-32-generic
hpvsa-dkms
are mentioned in the requirements-deb.txt list are missed in the Ubuntu repo on the bild ISO.
But actually the Packages file (list of files on created Ubuntu repository) on the ISO contains those (hpvsa deb) files.

The ISO was build localy using local mirror clonned from main Fuel 6.0 repository.

The script mirror/ubuntu/files/mkrepo.sh does downolad the files from requirements-deb.txt (and the hpvsa packages as well).
The required hpvsa packages are mentioned in the temporary download_url.list file, but later disappeared from the build repo.
See attached files for details.

The cause of the issue (suddenly) was netboot.tar.gz file, what was taken from wrong place on the local mirror.
