Maximizing/Unmaximizing a window flashes the background

Hi,

Maximizing/Unmaximizing a window will show the underlying background.
Be it a wallpaper or simply another window opened underneath it, it will be visible during maximizing/unmaximizing the current window.

For a lack of a better description, you may perceive it as making the window you're currently maximizing/unmaximizing as transparent for a split second and in effect you might see your wallpaper or anything that is behind the window.

To be more accurate, the whole window isn't affected but half of it and the lower portion of the other half (like a reversed L-shape).
