Bug Description

python3-flake8 is depending on python-flake8 (which in its turn is depending on other packages and so forth). This dependency should be removed and, if needed, files of code should be shipped with python3-flake8.

Solving this allow the end user to deinstall as much Python 2 packages when working with only Python 3 packages.
