Bug Description
Using the app available in the store (v2.0.782) or the current trunk, removing a single track from a large queue or playlist takes a very long time.
To reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Songs tab
2. Tap any song to populate the queue with the device's entire library (863 items in my example)
3. Tap the switch to Queue icon in the header
4. Swipe to the right and tap the trash can icon to remove the song
Actual results: Action #4 takes a long time to complete.
Expected results: Action #4 is performed within a reasonable amount of time.
