Mugshot do not capture image from camera

Bug Description
When i press "Capture from camera", appear black window with "Please wait while your camera is initialized " and highlight diode of camera (i.e. camera on). If I press "Record" button, then photo is simple black image.
In skype camera work fine.
Xubuntu 15.04 daily (25.01.2015)
