Music starts playing after call ends, even if it wasn't playing beforehand

Bug Description
I was playing music through car speakers with bluetooth, and after turning the car off, the music stopped and the app showed a pause state. I received a phone call and after the call ended, the music started playing again. This also happened after I placed a call.
I tried manually pausing the music app and placing a call, but it did not start playing again once the call ended.
Happened on mako, RTM, r14

Thanks for filing this bug report, Dennis! This would seem to possibly be an issue media-hub--the service that manages the different audio streams on the device. I've added the project to this report.
