Bug Description

The circles in the current 'CD-Label_120x120.svg' template render at wrong scale in 0.91.x. The attached diff adds a viewBox, and fixes the size of the circles (and removes a couple of preserved transforms which are not required).

Note: the template in trunk was already refactored and does not need this change.
