Bug Description

R2.10 Build 11 Ubuntu 14.04 multi-node setup

This is a setup where VM is has sub intf configured
eth0.200 has 10.1.1.5/24

A FIP is assigned to this port. Ping to 8.8.8.8 from eth0.200 is failing (i.e. whereever L3 lookup happened)
Per Divakar, this is an issue in GRO settings in vrouter

root@nodeh5:~# dropstats |grep -v " 0"

Flow Action Drop 7935

Cloned Original 12393

Invalid NH 3
Invalid Label 2352 <<<<<<<<<

Duplicated 24485

The subinterfaces are moved out of GRO. Due to the Vlan tagging, GRO was not going through.
