Packaging workflow - revert is not possible without manual intervention

Bug Description

We don't have workflow for revert procedure.
It could be done manually but it should be automated.

1. As for now we don't have documentation for revert process. Some detailed howto must be added to wiki
2. Test is failed: RPM check failed: package version in the stable repo is newer!

We has a problem with revert some packages. because of this we revert this packages manually in the OBS
