This will improve our UX and make it possible to browse the code easily.

We have the two repositories are replicated on github from fuel-infra/* pool:
- fuel-infra/jenkins-jobs (link: https://github.com/fuel-infra/jenkins-jobs),
- fuel-infra/puppet-manifests (link: https://github.com/fuel-infra/puppet-manifests),

and the one repository from other projects:
- tools/sustainig (link: https://github.com/Mirantis/tools-sustaining).
