Can't create an flikr account there is no keypad/keyboard popup for the sms verification code

STEPS:
1. Clean install of RTM 208
2. Open Settings Accounts
3. Select Flickr
4. Tap on create new account
5. Setup the account /!\ note you can not continue unless you add a phone number
6. Wait for the sms with the verification number in it
7. Tap on the input field for the account

EXPECTED:
I expected the keypad or keyboard to raise so I could input the digits required to continue with the account creation

ACTUAL:
No key board so I couldn't continue with the account creation from the phone.
