Bug Description

Adding a directory to the manager fails with error

(gnome-encfs-manager:29719): dconf-WARNING **: failed to commit changes to dconf: GDBus.Error:org.gtk.GDBus.UnmappedGError.Quark._g_2dfile_2derror_2dquark.Code17: Cannot open dconf database: invalid gvdb header

Regardless of the solution for the issue itself there's need for feedback for the user, e.g. a popup dialog, because if `gnome-encfs-manager` is started from console there's none at all.
