Panel volume control slider is offset from the mouse

Bug Description
When using the volume control slider in the panel, when clicked it will offset to the left of the mouse. For example, if you click on the middle of the bar, it will shoot to the left almost to the end. Clicking and dragging it will keep this offset while moving back and forth.
I'm using Freya 32bit with Nvidia drivers.
