Acquisitions details table markup starts inside another <table>

Minor typo in Open-ILS/src/templates/acq/common/li_table.tt2 results in the following markup:

             </tbody>
        <table>

         <table id='acq-lit-li-details-table'>

... when clearly a </table> is meant before the start of the next table. XULRunner automatically fixes the markup but we might as well get it right.

Looks straightforward to me Dan. Pushed fix to master, rel_2_7 and rel_2_6.

No pullrequest on this bug, but figured it was an obvious repair.
