add cleanup when creating templates in integration tests

in cdh, hdp2, spark , vanilla_two integration test gating file, there is no addCleanup when creating node group template, cluster template, and cluster,If setUp() fails, meaning that tearDown() is not called, then any cleanup functions added will still be called.
