vcenter tests marked should_fail tests which should pass

A brief historical introduction:
1. There was merged patch "configure nova-compute use one vsphere cluster" https://review.openstack.org/#/c/122242/
2. It broke ostf test "Check network connectivity from instance without floating IP".
3. Some vcenter tests were changed to ignore this test.
4. Recently the patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/148686/ which fix this ostf test was merged

And now item 3 should be canceled.

    Revert some should_fail tests to should_pass

    There are tests for vcenter which mark the ostf
    test as should_fail. Now ostf tests was fixed and
    therefore mark should_fail must be canceled.
