Bug Description

When I try to open the Ubuntu Software Center, the icon blinks for a few seconds then stops, and nothing happens.

When I try to launch it using the command line, I have the following error:

It looks similar to bug 1510237, that I reported before, maybe those two bugs are related.

Further to comment #6 and with no reply for over three months I'm closing this. The issue may well have been fixed as per comment #5 but unsure why the Papercuts task was marked as fixed but the software-center task wasn't.

Closing as "Invalid" as the affected releases are long time EOL but if anyone feels that "Fix Released" is more appropriate then please feel to change the status and give your reasons for doing so.
