Bug Description
Version: 0.9.34.81
OS Image: ubuntu-
Steps to reproduce:
* Telegram client logged in
* Close window
* Send message from another client
* Wait for push notification
* When notification arrives click on the notification bubble that displays briefly
Expected result:
- Telegram opens on the chat that contains the new message
Actual result:
- An empty chat is opened, where the username normally is on the header there is a number

This seems to a wider problem with links from external applications - the same thing happens when opening a chat from the scope
