Bug Description
There are several things wrong with PermaControlled
- If not set, the game will crash
- It uses the impact coordinates as offset, not the unit's position
- MindControlRing
- The ZAdjust wasn't set on buildings, so the anim was behind it

Game doesn't crash if PermaControlled AnimationType is not set.
As for other issues, see the attached image (the beam is the mind control anim, i was playing as red).
