Mathieu, didn't realize you were already starting on this (didn't see this bug). Glad it was mentioned in another review, as I was planning on starting on this Monday. I had talked to Maru on Friday to determine what is needed. Let me know if you need help in getting this going (or want me to do it). I've never done this, but have a bunch of notes from Maru and a general understanding of what we need to do. Glad to help out, if needed.

I'm working on the changes needed to project-config, and then will update the files in the neutron-vpnaas repo. I just updated the patch that Mathieu had (after talking to him, as I have some time to work on this).

    Enable functional test job in openstack ci for neutron-vpnaas

    Several patches in neutron-vpnaas project introduce functional tests.
    We'd like to activate neutron functional test jobs in the CI of
    neutron-vpnaas project before merging those patches.

    This patch enables functional testing as experimental and non-voting.

    Make VPN repo functional tests non-voting in check queue

    Now that the functional test has hook files committed to the repo, and
    works as experimental job, move to the check queue as non-voting.
