Tsung is compiled with the wrong erlang version

Bug Description

Starting the tsung-recorder fails with the following message:

> tsung-recorder start
Erlang version has changed ! [5.9.1] != [5.10.4]
Must create new boot files (you may have to run this one time as root ! )
creating boot file for tsung_recorder application

Starting Tsung recorder on port 8090

The tsung_recorder.erl is modified because I started it once as root and it tries to recompile itself. Same problem occurs when using having the original package content.

How do we go about getting this fixed? Is it literally just a case of triggering a package rebuild?

Probably yes. But I guess a patch for disabling that behavior in the package might be useful as well.
