Bug Description

File descriptor 4 (/var/lib/lxc/aio1_cinder_api_container-5b1ef1d1/partial) leaked on lvcreate invocation. Parent PID 9973: /usr/bin/lxc-create
'debootstrap' command is missing
lxc-create: container creation template for aio1_cinder_api_container-5b1ef1d1 failed

    Add debootstrap package to LXC package list

    This patch adds debootstrap to the LXC installation package list in
    order to prevent errors when trying to use debootstrap to setup lxc
    containers.
