Bug Description
*Pre-Conditions*
- no Murano environments exist
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to applications catalog
# Click Add to Env button of some application
--> Create Environment dialog appears
# Enter env name and click Create
--> New env with specified name is created in status=Configuring
*Expected result*: this new env should contain the application for which button "Add to Env" was clicked
*Actual result*: new env is empty
