State of toolbar is not saved

Bug Description
1) Go to View menu.
2) Uncheck Toolbar option.
3) Restart Pinta.
4) After restarting, toolbar will be displayed.

Tested in Pinta 1.6-prerelease from Pinta daily PPA on Ubuntu 14.04 and I also see after restart check mark from View | Toolbar is missing, but toolbar is still displayed. So if you want to diable toolbar after Pinta restart you need to click View | Toolbar combination twice.
