[system_tests] assert_release_state function value should be reterned in lower space

Bug Description

Test "Deploy cluster in simple mode with zabbix-server" fails because function assert_release_state gets value from api not in lower case (searches "ubuntu" in "Juno on Ubuntu 12.04.4").
