Bug Description

During zabbix node deployment, after zabbix DB is populated with schema, Mysql::Server class triggers Exec['mysqld-restart']. This leads to warnings and errors in Zabbix logs and potentially to a failed deployment.

We don't porting back medium bugs (and as long as zabbix is experimental feature - it will be medium bug), so invalid for 6.0.

Mysql isn't restarted during deployment in Zabbix plugin, so Invalid for 7.0 too.
