Bug Description

I've been running the CUDA-6.5 custom kernel graphics driver from nVidia for the past 5 or so kernel versions. When I pulled 3.13.0-44 this morning and updated, the dist-upgrade did not complete and reboot even to old kernels locked out the display. I had to drop to recovery prompt and reset things. I'm used to disabling and blacklisting nouveau, and reinstalling the CUDA driver each kernel update, but for some reason this one got mucked up or pulled in nvidia-331 as well.
