Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release: 14.04

This is being reported because the updater flagged a system problem and automatically wrote the text in the summary.

Dual screens on desktop. Two identical screens. One VGA (left) the other digital (right). The digital screen display is shifted to the right by about one centimetre. There is a black band down the left hand side of the screen.

Thus far the issue is of little operational significance.
