Screenshots are not saved if $HOME/Pictures does not exist

Bug Description

Attempting to take a screenshot with Ctrl+S works only if $HOME/Pictures directory already exists, which if often not true. Stellarium (0.12.5) complains in the log in this case:

ERROR requested screenshot directory is not a directory: "/home/username/Pictures"

On a related note, why default screenshot directory is not under $HOME/.stellarium? Polluting global $HOME does not look nice...
