Bug Description
Version: 0.9.32.79
Steps to reproduce:
* ensure there is not a user configured in the app
* open the scope
* a warning message is displayed
Expected result:
- clicking on the message either opens the app so you can log or displays a page that allows you to log in
Actual result:
- clicking on the message takes you to a blank page
